She’s done it all, from waiting tables to opening hotels, and every step (literally all of them!) in between.
She is People, Process and Progress. With a passion for building strong and sustainable businesses; she’s a treasure trove of knowledge on third party systems, revenue, and getting your money’s worth.

Paulina Folaron
Paulina has a low tolerance for unnecessary faff and a very high tolerance for untangling complicated problems, which is why Operations and Digital Marketing are very much her forte.
A background in leading in high-end hospitality, retail and start-ups, she’s brilliant at joining the dots and creating smarter working rhythms and practices that are sustainable, practical and actually hold up in high-pressure environments.
She brings that same strategic thinking to marketing, looking beyond trends to understand your specific brand, your customers and the journey that takes you from invisible to getting people through the door.
Her philosophy is simple: trust builds connection, connection creates sales.
